Their service was prompt and they offered to come out within a few hours without an excessive call out fee. Diagnosed the issue and simply offered me a few options to rectify. Unfortunately, some of us work in the city and can't get back to the house in 2mins (about the distance for this company to travel to mine). Poor form that a company who can't turn up to a SCHEDULED appointment tries to blame the customer for their disorganisation.No show 3 times. Took 2 days off work and rushed home for one. Not at all happy with repairs carried out. It was done not according to original instructions, agreement and quotation. Gates are not closing properly, leaving uneven gap, worse than before. Technicians blame this on the brick wall pillar post. But how can it be? The brick pillar is adsolutely perfect. When initial 'technician' came back few days later, all he worried about is I was not going to pay for the job done. I asssured him that I will still pay him despite not satisfied, but give me another quotation to rectify the gap problem. He took measurements but never heard from him or his company again. Potential customers beware! Do not let the reviews fool you!

I called at 10am. They were here by noon. The job took two hours or so, and was completed by 4pm. Superb service and warm people.

Amazing work! We came into this situation from a gate company that would not answer our calls, or attend our house anymore. Homeline were on site the same day and attempted to repair an already broken 2 year old gate. When this could not be achieved that promptly supplied a quote for new gate motors. The technicians that came to site were very knowledgeable, very courteous and shared feedback. Dealing with the office side, they were very quick to respond and provide updates on the situation. I selected them because of Google rating and thus sharing my experience with them. I called their team to repair the garage door (for which they installed the arms 4 months ago and the damage this time was that the hinge broke off from the underlying timber) and they left us with chipped bricks and broken door instead. Picture attached. Now we need to get bricks repaired and garage door replaced. Do ask to see their work insurance in case you decide to choose them. Also, one of the business owners is extremely rude.

Roy went above and beyond.Right after he Replaced the rail (the part that connects the garage door with the motor), he discovered my motor(10-12 years old) was not working properly, he spent hours trying to fix it, he tried everything to save the motor, what should be just one hour job he was at my place for over 4 hours.In the end the motor needed to be replaced as well, I bought the top of the range motor for an incredible good price.My garage door was lubricated and aligned, it works beautifully.Homeline garage doors & Gates should be your choice, don’t bother to waste your time getting several quotes, Roy is very honest and reliable.Thanks for your help.
